History of the Organization

Pilka Plastics Industries began its operations in 2016 in Mahmudabad Industrial Park, focusing on the production and printing of food packaging containers, after obtaining all necessary licenses, including the operation permit and the health license from the Ministry of Health and Medical Education.

The company started in 2016 with a separate 2,000-square-meter production hall dedicated to the manufacturing and packaging of dairy products. Through continuous operations, meeting the needs of the packaging and food industries, and leveraging the dedication and expertise of its experienced staff—along with a fully equipped laboratory, continuous quality control, and the installation of state-of-the-art production machinery—it was able to expand its production area to over 8,000 square meters by 2020 and broaden its range of polymer products.

Today, the company has established a Research & Development unit, taking significant steps in advancing relevant industrial technologies. By using the highest-quality raw materials and employing modern global technologies to meet domestic market demand and expand its export markets, the company has increased its factory area to 12,000 square meters, which includes separate production, printing, and raw material storage halls. Its product portfolio now covers polyethylene films, injection and blow molding, as well as polyethylene, polystyrene, and polypropylene sheets, all produced using cutting-edge modern technologies.
