In the Quality Control Unit of Pilka Plast, all evaluations are carried out by laboratory experts and technical supervisors using state-of-the-art laboratory equipment to ensure that every product and service meets the required physical and chemical properties in accordance with national and international standards, current Ministry of Health regulations, and customer specifications.

We believe that quality is never accidental. Continuous and daily measurement and polymer testing—using modern laboratory technologies—such as ash content, migration, moisture, tensile strength, melt flow index (MFI), and surface microbial contamination analysis, are key factors in maintaining consistency and stability in product quality, and we remain fully committed to them.
